History
The Clearwater National Bank, now One Clearwater Tower, was designed and built by Stewart Richmond in 1974. It was the 1st Class “A” building of its’ kind in Clearwater and quickly attracted many renowned Legal, Insurance and Investment Firms. The 2013 purchase of the property by 600 Cleveland LLC brought about significant improvements to the infrastructure and services offered, allowing the building to continue to transcend history.
